The Uni-Safe "Clearvue" Perforation Gauge is a clear plastic gauge made for easy and accurate measuring. The clear material allows it to be used on both covered and uncovered stamps, making it very flexible to use. It can measure stamp perforations up to perf. 18 and also includes millimetre and inch scales for added convenience.
